Service Design—principles, tools, and a case study
Service design is the activity of planning and arranging people, infrastructure, communication, and material components of a service to improve its quality, and the interaction between the service provider and its users.
In this talk, Rajesh will share his experiences of working on the service design principles, and a few tools. He will use a case study as a reference to discuss how service design is baked in a digital strategy and its operations. In this talk, we shall see:

A few service design principles that you can globally apply
The stage is set to discuss the design practices, the content models, the design systems, the product management principles, the leadership and system thinking, and the why and how we work. Rajesh uses an interesting civic design case study when they talk about service design.
