Discovery, an exercise in rapid fire mode

Sometimes, we tend to avoid answering a few questions. These make us uncomfortable, or the timing of question is not right, or for that certain undefined fear?

For example if someone asks us to name the manager with whom I do not want to work with, to review a book that I did not like much, whether I believe in capitalism, or have I ever been ignored repeatedly by the same person?

After a few hours of learnings on design, products, and content, this is a light-weight exercise in a rapid fire mode where you will find a pattern in how you think about certain things.

This is discovery. And it certainly impacts how we work or how we want to work, and how we might end up working.

Your key takeaways are:

  • You will know how well you can lead yourself
  • You will see how well you follow yourself
  • You will be more honest in your work
