Pre-pandemic, she wrote San Francisco’s cannabis business permit application. In previous roles, she worked on the websites for affordable housing programs in San Francisco, as well as the website for building permits at the City of Los Angeles.
Anita has given talks at An Event Apart, Confab, the IA conference, DotGov Design, the Code for America Summit, and League of California Cities.
The stage is set to discuss the design practices, the content models, the design systems, the product management principles, the leadership and system thinking, and the why and how we work. Anita shares some of the best examples of content design and user-centered design and how it worked at scale.
